Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm

What admin fee do you charge?
Customer admin fee: £65
Customer using a finance broker outside our official panel of lenders: £199
How do I secure a car?
You can secure a vehicle with £100 refundable deposit. Once viewing the car, this deposit is refundable with no quibble whatsoever. So make sure you’re prepared to visit us at our forecourt if you do chose to secure a vehicle prior to your visit.
Are deposits refundable?
Once leaving a deposit, we will take the vehicle down from sale and prepare your vehicle for collection date set between both parties (If you would like to find out about how we prepare our vehicles click here). Therefore this not refundable, however it is transferrable.
Where is the nearest fuel station?
Directly opposite our forecourt – Texaco, Brislington hill, Brislington, Bristol, BS4 5AD
Can I drive my new car away the same day?
This can be arranged with prior notice, we encourage anyone desiring to drive away the same day to call our office.
Where is the nearest public transport?
Bristol Bus station is 22 minutes from Brislington hill, this will drop you on our doorstep with no transfers.
Temple meads train station is an 11 minute drive or a 15 minute bus journey with no transfers. We can arrange collection from the train station with prior notice.
Bristol Airport is 8 miles away from our forecourt.
How can I pay?
We accept the following forms of payment:
- Debit Card
- Direct Bank Transfer (the registration number of the vehicle should be used at the reference and be completed 24 hours before collection of the vehicle)
- Cash (up to £7,000.00)
- Cars sold for export must pay via bank transfer only.
Debit card can be paid for the deposit however all balances must be paid by bank transfer, cash or finance. We do not accept credit card, cheque or bankers draft.
